Data, Privacy & Danger Zone

Export your data, clear selected categories, manage public visibility, and delete your account.

Open Settings → Danger Zone for destructive data operations. Read each confirmation: the actions intentionally have different scopes.

Export your data first

Under Data Portability, select Export My Data to download a JSON archive containing data such as workouts, health metrics, and chat history.

An export is a data archive, not a restorable Coach Watts backup.

Clear scheduled workouts

  • Clear Future Schedule removes upcoming planned workouts and can also remove them from Intervals.icu.
  • Clear Past Schedule removes past planned workouts that were not completed.
  • Clear Orphaned Schedule removes invalid or detached planned records targeted by that cleanup action.

These actions do not mean the same thing as deleting completed activities.

Clear generated or analyzed data

You can separately wipe generated athlete profiles or AI workout analysis. Source workouts remain, but the removed outputs must be regenerated if needed again.

Clear imported categories

Category wipes include:

  • Synced activities
  • Wellness data such as HRV, resting HR, SpO2, and sleep
  • Nutrition logs and associated AI-generated nutrition outputs

Disconnect the responsible provider first when you do not want a later sync to recreate those records.

Public presence

Open Settings → Profile → Public Presence to configure whether an athlete page is enabled, its slug, display name, headline, and search metadata. Public pages and active share links can be viewed without account access.

Disabling public presence does not automatically revoke every separately generated workout, plan, nutrition, wellness, or profile share link.

Delete account

Account deletion is irreversible. Active billing or other account state may need attention before deletion becomes available.

Before confirming:

  1. Export any data you need.
  2. Cancel or review the paid subscription.
  3. Revoke connected providers if desired.
  4. Confirm that you understand the deletion cannot be undone.
