Coach Library & Sharing
Build reusable workouts, exercises, and plans, organize them in folders, and use them with athletes and teams.
The Library stores reusable training content. The main sections are Workouts, Exercises, and Plans.
Library content
| Section | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Workouts | Structured workout templates, targets, intervals, and reusable session designs |
| Exercises | Strength and mobility exercise definitions used in strength sessions |
| Plans | Multi-block, multi-week training blueprints and their workouts |
Workout and plan libraries support folders, search, bulk movement, and item previews. Plans also support favorites and publication settings.
Create and organize content
- Open the appropriate Library section.
- Create a workout, exercise, or plan.
- Set the sport, structure, targets, and descriptive fields supported by that editor.
- Save it and place it in a folder if needed.
Plan blueprints can be edited in the Plan Architect, where you manage blocks, weeks, workouts, public details, and publication options.
Plan visibility
Open a plan's Share settings to choose:
- Private — visible only to the owner and an assigned coach where applicable.
- Team — visible to all coaches and athletes in the selected team.
- Public — listed in the public plan marketplace after its public details are configured.
Sharing controls who can discover and use a blueprint; it does not silently add its workouts to every athlete's calendar.
Use library content with athletes
The most direct coach workflow is Coaching → Calendar:
- use the Workouts drawer to schedule a workout template for a chosen athlete and date;
- use the Plans drawer to browse coach, athlete, team, favorite, or public content and schedule an individual workout from a plan.
When a whole plan's Use Plan dialog is available in coaching context, choose the target athlete, start date, and whether to replace incomplete future workouts from that date.
Coach and athlete ownership
Some library interfaces show Coach, Athlete, or Both sources while coaching context is active. The owner badge matters when editing or deleting content: access to an athlete's calendar does not automatically transfer ownership of their templates.
