Team Management
Create or join a professional team, manage roles, invite staff and athletes, and organize the roster.
Professional teams let multiple staff members work in one organization with a shared roster and team-scoped groups.
Create or join a team
Go to Coaching → Team:
- Select Create Team, enter a name and optional description, then confirm.
- Select Join Team, enter a team invitation code, then confirm.
Your team cards show your role plus member and group counts. Select a card to open the team workspace.
Roles and visible tabs

Only owners and admins see the Management tab. Only the owner can delete the team.
Add athletes
On the team Roster tab, staff can select Add Athlete and choose one of three paths:
- Share Invite — generate a link or QR code, optionally auto-assigning new athletes to a group.
- From My Athletes — add someone who already has a direct coaching relationship with you.
- By Invite Code — enter the athlete's personal coach code; this connects them to you and adds them to the team.
Invite staff or a specific athlete
Owners and admins can open Management → Create Invite and configure:
- an optional email restriction;
- the Athlete, Coach, or Admin role;
- an optional auto-assignment group for athlete invitations.
Team invitations expire after seven days. Active invitations show their role, email restriction, group, and expiry. Use the trash action to revoke one.
Team groups
Staff can create team-scoped groups from the Groups tab. Other team coaches can see these groups. Use them to filter the roster and to auto-organize athletes joining through a team link.
Group membership and team membership are different: removing an athlete from a group does not remove them from the team.
Delete a team
The owner can use Management → Danger Zone → Delete Team. This permanently removes the team and its groups. The interface asks for confirmation and the action cannot be undone.
